Every extension comes from a registry that sets its own wholesale price. Verisign sets the price for .com, Identity Digital sets prices for newer ones, and national bodies set prices for country codes. Our price is that wholesale cost plus a small, consistent fee. .ai costs more than .xyz at the source, not because of extra fees from us.

Right in the table above: it is the second number on every row, and search results show it too. We put it there on purpose. The renewal rate is the true long-term price of a domain, so it belongs next to the main price, not hidden in a footnote.

You get the transfer to us for that extension at the price shown in the transfer column, with no extra fees at checkout. Each registry has its own rules about extending your expiry date, so we cannot promise an extension. You can see the official expiry date in your account as soon as the transfer finishes.

Prices do not include tax because tax rates depend on where you live. Checkout lists any VAT or sales tax for your country before you pay. The amount on the pay button is the exact charge on your statement, with no surprises later.

All prices are in USD for now so they are easy to compare. We are working on showing local currencies soon. Until then, your card issuer converts the charge at its standard rate, just like any international purchase.

First-year deals put .xyz, .online, and .site at $2.99, with .shop close behind. These are great for testing a new idea. Always check the renewal price before building a brand around one: a $2.99 domain that renews at $34.99 works well for tests, while .com is better for long-term use.

None. The table price is the checkout price: no setup fee, no "ICANN fee" line item, no charge for privacy, DNS, forwarding or transfers out. The only money beyond this table is tax where law requires it, and checkout shows that before you pay, not after.

Only when registries raise their wholesale prices. They usually announce changes months in advance, at most once a year for major extensions. We pass these changes through directly without adding hidden markups. If a renewal price rises for a domain you own, we email you first so you can renew early at the lower rate.

Registries discount the first year on newer extensions to attract buyers. That is why .store costs $4.99 initially but renews at $49.99. It is a genuine discount rather than a catch, provided the renewal price is clear. We display our renewal price right in the same row, in the same font size.

In the WHOIS privacy column, "Free" means we hide your personal info in public records automatically. A dash means the registry legally requires your details to be public, so no registrar can hide them. Most dashes are country extensions (.de, .sa, and similar), which set their own rules.

Years after the first are charged at the renewal rate. For example, a five-year .com costs one year of registration plus four years of renewal: the exact normal cost, paid upfront. You get peace of mind and skip renewal notices, not a bulk discount, because registries do not discount multi-year terms.

Yes, just tell support which one you need. We add extensions based on demand, and requested ones are usually live in a few days if possible. Some country extensions require paper forms and take longer, but we will always give you a direct answer instead of leaving your ticket open.

They track each other on most extensions because both buy a year of registry time. Where a promotion pushes the first-year registration below the transfer price, remember they are different products: registration creates a new name, a transfer moves one you already own and leaves its records exactly where they are.

They can change. Registries update wholesale prices and all registrars pass those costs along. Nobody can honestly promise lifetime flat prices. We promise two things: advance email notice before any price hike, and the chance to renew for up to ten years at your current rate first.
