Yes, and it is the most common setup: the domain's website runs on a web hosting plan while its mailboxes live on a separate email plan. DNS stays in one panel, so pointing MX records at the mail service takes two clicks, and each product renews, scales and gets supported independently — a mail-quota problem can never slow your website down, and the other way round.
