Can I run multiple backups at once?
No, you can only run one backup or restore at a time per account. The process runs in the background until it finishes.
Where are my account backups stored?
They are written to the ~/hostrena-backups directory inside your account. Only you can access, download, or delete these files.
Do application backups use my disk quota?
Yes, automatic application backups are stored in your account space. They count towards your standard hosting disk quota.
What happens if an application restore goes wrong?
Turn on the backup before restore setting and the panel takes a fresh copy right before any application restore. You can then use that copy to undo the change.
Can Hostrena restore my site if I have no backups?
We keep our own daily and weekly server copies outside your account. You can contact our support team to request a restore from this platform safety net.
