الشركة المعتمدة التي تبيع وتدير تسجيلات النطاقات نيابة عنك، وتتبع للسجل المالك لكل امتداد. يحتفظ المسجّل ببيانات اتصالك وتجديداتك وحالة القفل ورموز EPP. السجلات تحدد أسعار الجملة؛ والمسجّلون يحددون ما تدفعه فعلاً — ولهذا يختلف سعر النطاق نفسه بين المزوّدين.

The accredited company that sells and manages domain registrations on your behalf, reporting to the registry that owns each TLD. The registrar holds your contact records, renewals, lock status and EPP codes. Registries set wholesale prices; registrars set what you actually pay — which is why the same domain costs differently across providers.
