A Record سجل A

Definition

The most fundamental DNS record: it maps a hostname directly to an IPv4 address (example.com → 203.0.113.10). Its IPv6 twin is the AAAA record. When you "point a domain at a server", you are almost always editing an A record. Multiple A records on one name distribute traffic in round-robin fashion.
