البيع الأعلى هو أن تعرض على الزبون نسخة أفضل أو أكبر مما اختاره، في اللحظة التي قرر فيها ولم يدفع بعد.

Upselling is offering a customer a better or bigger version of what they already chose, at the moment they have decided but have not yet paid.
